计算反应的吉布斯自由能垒的问题

对于反应: A---BC (reaction complex) -----> AB---C (product complex), 想计算反应的吉布斯自由能垒ΔG，分别优化得到了反应物complex，过渡态complex以及产物complex的结构， 进行Freq计算：
freq计算输出示例：

Zero-point correction=                           0.143128 (Hartree/Particle)
Thermal correction to Energy=                    0.149580
Thermal correction to Enthalpy=                  0.150525
Thermal correction to Gibbs Free Energy=         0.112238
Sum of electronic and zero-point Energies=           -344.440134

想问一下反应过程ΔG的值是由反应物的最后一项能量值（电子能加上自由能）与过渡态结构对应的相应能量值做差么？
