变温MD模拟时，SMASS设置的疑惑

最近看本方向的升温模拟，按道理升温时温度是变的，但是该领域很文献都提到采用NVT系综“The simulations were carried out in a canonical ensemble (i.e., constant number of particle, constant volume, and constant temperature (NVT) ensemble) under periodic boundary conditions. The temperature was controlled by the Nose–Hoover thermostat。” 升温速率为20~30K/ps。

手册提到canonical ensemble时SMASS需>=0，但此时的设置的话，如何还能够保证系统的升温速率恒定呢？
此外，自己做了一个小测试，smass=-1时，发现升温速率是恒定的，但此时的设置又是micro canonical ensemble了，文献中的设置与此矛盾。

恳请老师解答上述疑惑，等速率升温MD时系综如何呢？以及SMASS的设置问题。

那SMASS应该就是取-1了吧

手册上没说SMASS=-1就是微正则系综吧, SMASS=-1 只是说是模拟退火（不知道是不是微正则系综）
