After a preliminary review of your paper we have the following comments:
Due to the large numbers of received submissions we decided to give the priority to the most novel papers that cover interdisciplinary energy subjects and that deal with more advanced technologies. Also, please note that ECM covers a wide range of general subjects and sub-subjects. The journal is not specialized in the subject of your submission only but we are supposed to give a balanced and fair share to all covered subjects. Currently, the journal is overloaded with submissions in the subject of your paper. Your paper is better to be submitted to a more specialized Elsevier Journal. A suitable journal can be found among your references. As a result, we decided to return your submission without review processing. Please understand that this decision has nothing to do with the technical content of the paper or its value to the archival literature.
