cp2k-8.2-intelmpi编译:
module load intel/2019.3 miniconda3/latest-3.9
1) ./install_cp2k_toolchain.sh --no-check-certificate --with-gcc=install --mpi-mode=openmpi --with-openmpi=install --with-mkl=system --with-scalapack=no --with-openblas=no --libint-lmax=6 --with-plumed=install --with-quip=no --with-pexsi=install --with-superlu=install --with-ptscotch=install
2) cd /home/xxx/install/cp2k-8.2-intelmkl/arch
3) cp /home/xxx/install/cp2k-8.2-intelmkl/tools/toolchain/install/arch/* .
4) source /home/xxx/install/cp2k-8.2-intelmkl/tools/toolchain/install/setup
5) make -j 4 ARCH=local VERSION="ssmp psmp"
6)测试:make -j 4 ARCH=local VERSION="ssmp psmp" test 没有报错后,写脚本提交作业输出内容见附件,耗时挺久的,按理来说每一步不应该这么久的,是编译出问题了?还是算例设置有问题呢?具体输出信息见附件。
