RASSI跃迁强度没有打印结果

我现在用 EBM 计算 CeO₈(Oh) 团簇。在完成 RASSCF 计算之后，用 RASSI>TRDI 来获取跃迁强度，但程序并没有打印出相关结果，并显示：“No problematic oscillator strengths above the tolerance have been found”。能帮我检查一下可能的问题出在哪儿吗？

另外我还有一个问题：有没有一种方式可以通过一个关键词直接打印四极矩跃迁强度，而不必手动提取跃迁本征值矩阵？

RAS1 是 2p 轨道，RAS2 是配体轨道，RAS3 是 5d 轨道。
