求助：安装QE6.7高版本gcc和低版本gcc均报错

用低版本gcc(4.8.5)configure的时候没问题，但make时会报错：

1. Error: Assumed-shape array 'zmat' at (1) cannot be an argument to the procedure 'c_loc' because it is not C interoperable

不过这是老问题了，就不说了。
高版本的gcc(11.2.0, 11.1.0, 9.4.0, 7.5.0都试了)直接在configure时报错：

1. configure: error: Fortran compiler cannot create executables
   
2. See `config.log' for more details

于是我去config.log看了眼，发现错误在：(显示不全，详见二楼）

1. configure:2536: $gccpath/bin/gfortran -V >&5

手动试了下：

1. gfortran: error: unrecognized command-line option '-V'
   
2. gfortran: fatal error: no input files
   
3. compilation terminated.

用gfortran -gversion也是一样的结果，搜了下说是gcc在某个版本废弃了这两个选项，改用-v了。这可咋整？

支持的插件如文件名所示.
但是仅限于skx处理器平台使用.

需要机器具有singularity. AMD平台估计没法用.
