向各位大神求助,审稿人有一个问题,Inorder to investigate the adsorption efficiency of the chloroform on the surfaceof CPNS, I think that the PMF profiles as a function of radial distance between the channel axis and achloroform in the outside of the CPN are also needed so that we can estimate a binding constant of the chloroform to the surface of theCPN. This time the z coordinate of a single chloroform will be fixed,let say z =0, and the PMF profiles are calculated as a function of the radialdistance sqrt (x2 +y2).这样的一个问题,我目前做出了径向的PMF,但是具体怎么根据PMF来计算binding constant ,我看到文献上有相关计算,但是涉及到好多公式,不知道具体该怎么计算,求大神指导,下面的图是氯仿分子在径向上的PMF曲线。
