各位老师好，
请问TexStudio怎么创建supplementary file并在正文引用supplementary file中的表格Table Sxxx和图Figure Sxxx?

Try renewcommand.
For example.
\renewcommand{\thetable}{ESI-\arabic{table}}

You can use cross-reference in you main.tex file. load "xr" package into your main.tex and \label AFTER \caption in your supplemnetary.tex. Finally, write \cref{supp-fig:"label"} into appropriate section of main.tex.
