gmx grompp -f md.mdp -c npt.gro -t nvt.cpt -p L-1.top -o md1.tpr -n index.ndx -maxwarn 2md.mdp和L-1.top文件已添加，然后产生如下Warning:

几个疑问：

(1) line15没有内容，怎么会产生这个Warning呢？
(2) 如果需要理会这个warning,关于Gromacs提供的几个解决办法，大家有什么建议吗？
(3) 如果把md改成sd, tcoupl自动从V-rescale改成no,这个是不是影响更大?

版本是Gromacs 2018.1
