求助审稿意见：载流子密度分布

vasp计算二维异质结，光催化，审稿最后提了个建议， “”I still suggest the authors plot the carrier density distributions. The charge densities at EBM and VBM are useful enough without GW/BSE calculations.“”
已经画出了CBM VBM的电荷密度、差分电荷密度，计算了300K时的载流子迁移率，不太明白审稿让画的载流子密度分布具体是什么？是300K时，e指数快速衰减那种关系还是其他的实空间分布？
从没做过，麻烦指导下，谢谢。

背景:之前，审稿让“I) The authors may want to add calculations using the Marcus theory to intuitively give carrier hopping rates between two layers.
(II) The authors may want to show spatial distributions of excited carriers to illustrate whether there will form interlayer or intralayer excitons.”
