求助：MS转data文件警告以及lammps运行报错

各位老师好，我想请教一下关于将MS导出模型用msi2lmp小程序转data文件时出现的警告以及运行报错的问题
1.将ms中的模型在cvff力场导出为car文件和mdf文件，用msi2lmp程序转data文件时出现这样的警告
  WARNING inconsistent # of connects on atom %d type c
  请问这种这种警告会影响后面的计算吗？如果会产生影响,用什么方法进行修改？
2.运行时报错为ERROR on proc 36: Bond atoms 281 303 missing on proc 36 at step 1822728 (../ntopo_bond_all.cpp:63)
   我查看手册中的错误信息是这样的
   Bond atoms %d %d missing on proc %d at step %ld
   The second atom needed to compute a particular bond is missing on this processor. Typically this is because the pairwise cutoff is set too short or the bond has blown apart and an atom is too far away.
   修改了很多次截断半径，要么依然报这样的错，要么报错为Neighbor list overflow,boost neigh_modify one.
   请问出现这样的错误应该怎样修改呢？与上面转data时的警告有关吗？

谢谢大神，我明白了。
还有一个问题，我是用聚合物建模模块建立的聚酰亚胺单链，可以保存为cif格式，然后再用晶体模块建立多条聚合物的三维盒子吗？
我上传之后打不开文件，不知道接下来要怎么弄了。

可能是在生成data文件的时候缺少了相关的参数，可以查看一下相应的原子成键参数在in文件里是否存在。例如报 ...

I got the same warning too. Have you finally solved this problem? If yes, could you please guide me? I have gotten the same warning when trying to get the C-S-H data file by applying the clayff potential in Materials Studio.
