Looking for the program package PETRA

Hi Everybody,
PETRA is a software package used to calculate of physicochemical properties of organic molecules using empirical methods developed by the research group of Pr. Gasteiger.The official web site of the program is no longer active, and I wonder if someone possess the program, i would be very grateful if you can share it with me.
