从柔性扫描结果看,能量貌似是单调上升,跟我这个帖子的情况类似

建议直接取键长为2.3-2.4左右的结构作为初猜,把键长冻结做一个限制性优化,看看出来的结果如何,如果虚频振动方向对了,再放开限制优化过渡态,记得一定要直接读取前一步优化的波函数
1. 取柔性扫描第8个点,目标CC键键长2.25埃,冻结该碳碳键,做一个限制性优化和振动分析。
