输出中出现这样的错误：

Error termination via Lnk1e in/public/software/g09/l716.exe
手册中提到过渡态受阻转动计算时，此冗余内坐标的设置可以用 Geom=Modify 关键词进行修改，不明白这个该怎样设置，所谓的周期性信息如何设定。希望有经验的高手予以指点，非常感谢！

如提示所示，看freq关键词里ReadHinderedRotor选项的介绍并恰当使用。这跟geom=modify没直接关系
