计算输入.chk文件和.com文件应该存放在哪个目录下

高斯算不同溶剂下的自由能变，先优化频率分析后再算高精度单点。提交服务器脚本如下：
但是在第一步结构优化得到的.chk文件直接与下一步计算要用的.com文件放在一起会出现错误：%nprocs=12 Will use up to   12 processors via shared memory.

百度错误原因后发现可能的解决方案如下： “Operation on .chk file was specified (e.g. geom=check, opt=restart), but .chk was not found. Check that:-

.chk has the same name as .inp-

.chk is in the same directory as .inp -

run transports .chk to temporary folder upon job start. Run s downloaded here should do this. -”可能我需要输入的.com文件和.chk文件存放的目录有问题（原先这两个文件都放在同一目录GAUSS_RUNDIR=/tmp/$LSB_JOBID.tmpdir下）遂改运行脚本如下： ，将.chk文件复制到“GAUSS_SCRDIR”目录下，但是还是没有得到正常结束的.log文件，输出文件结果如下：Gaussian 16:  ES64L-G16RevA.03 25-Dec-2016
