关于聚合物与碳纳米管的分子动力学模拟的问题

碳纳米管当受体，聚合物当配体，使用sobtop得到两个分子的拓扑文件，然后就是搭建盒子，填充水，到这都挺正常的，在下一步填充离子的时候出现了问题：
