发现g16的一个bug

对于自旋非限制性计算，当让g16（测试版本是RevB.01）同时输出fchk文件并调用NBO6计算时，生成的fchk文件中没有Beta电子的能量和分子轨道系数部分。并且fchk文件开头居然显示的是ROHF计算（虽然输入文件已经指明是UHF或UDFT）！！！

一个简单的算例是：

其它一些测试：

1. 不使用fchk=All而是用%chk=***得到chk文件，再用formchk工具转换得到的fchk文件也是缺少beta电子的部分。
2. 采用pop=NBO6Read（末尾添上不添上$NBO ... $END指令部分都无所谓），仍然不能解决问题。
3. 去掉pop=NBO6Read，或者采用g16内置的pop=NBORead，则会得到正确的fchk文件——fchk文件显示是UHF计算并且包含beta电子的信息。
4. 换成g09(版本D.01)，调用相同版本的NBO6，则得到完全正常的fchk文件。 另外，g16生成的fchk文件中，“Alpha MO coefficients”数据之后会出现一块“Orthonormal basis”的部分，不知那些数据是什么意思（g09没有）。

不知道大家有没有什么高见？

NBO回复了，的确是G16的一个bug：

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.  I believe that this is a G16 issue, for both A.03 and B.01.

Data are passed to and from NBO using Gaussian's unformatted matrix element file.  Unfortunately, the preferred "version 2" of this file fails when NBO returns data to G16, so NBO reverts to "version 1".  NBO reports to G16, via the matrix element file, that the wavefunction is either restricted or unrestricted, but G16 ignores this information (and defaults to restricted).

I worked with Mike Frisch on version 2 this past summer.  The interface should be fixed when G16 C.01 is released (which could be anytime).
