使用CASTEP模块优化氧化物晶面时,无论是调整精度(fine到medium)还是增大SCF循环(150到250)或者减小charge(0.5到0.2)都会出现这样的问题,氧化物的磁性设置是正确的,K点和Cutoff也测试过了,应该不会有问题的,请问各位是否遇到这样的问题,是怎么解决的?
