需要签license agreement吗？

各位老师，想咨询一个问题：我是这篇稿子的第二作者（非通讯作者），今天邮箱里接到期刊邮件，是要求所有作者签license agreement吗？但是我点链接进去，没有找到啊？邮箱邮件如下：
