各位大神,最近遇到一个很有意思(初级)的问题:
计算Zn/CH4反应的过渡态时使用了aug-cc-pVTZ的基函数,同时使用了赝势(BSI)。 而不是正常的aug-cc-pVTZ-pp(BSII)的输入。其中aug-cc-pVTZ的基函数和赝势都分别从EMSL上复制。
结果:1. 过渡态在BSI下各种方法都可以找到,MP2,BMK,M06,M11,PBE0等十几种;但是在BSII下这些方法都找不到。(十分认真的没有找到)
2.BSI的其他过度态等单点能和CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ-pp或者CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVQZ-pp的相差都在1kJ/mol,同CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ//B2GP-PLYP/def2-TZVP的也在2kJ/mol以内。
问题:1. BSI是不是有问题?双重定义内层电子?这样得到的过渡态结果可以用吗?
2. 如果没问题的话,物理意义是什么呢?如果有问题,那么能量结果又和CCSD(T)的基本一致。
