[GROMACS] 原子设置电荷能量最小化势能为正

使用gromacs,发现MXene原子设置电荷时能量最小化的势能为+10的7次方。当不设置电荷时能量最小化的势能为负。每个原子的电荷是从文献找到的,请问可以设置电荷,然后在势能为极大值的情况下继续模拟吗,我的体系需要考虑电荷情况。
