刚接触gaussian，想利用它来算过渡态，是一个有机酸的质子转移到胺上，溶剂为水，但寻找了很久的过渡态都linked died了。

虽然优化后的结构看起来是我想要的过渡态的结构，但是还是linked died，想问下各位，是为什么，是方法不对么，还是怎样，另外此反应的过渡态是存在的，因为在文献中已经看见类似的了，还请大家指点下，不胜感激！

输出文件最后不是说得很清楚了吗？ Linear angle in Bend.
高斯优化是在冗余内坐标下优化的（优化的变量是键长键角二面角等），如果有一个角度是180°，之后弯折它的时候就不知道往哪边弯折，就报这个错。
解决方法是重新导出一下结构优化最后一步的直角坐标，贴进输入文件，高斯会重新生成一次内坐标，就可以避开这个问题，继续优化。

把out文件用GView打开，找到优化的最后一步（一般默认都是这样），然后 ctrl+G，然后点 preview，就得到坐标了，把它复制进输入文件就行了。

在Windows下算的话，直接选Submit提交就行

那你更新一下GView吧，我的版本是6.0.16
另外，像楼上说的那样，先保存为 gjf 文件，再提取坐标，也是可以的
