各位大佬,第一次算过渡态,用的CLNEB,EDIFF = 1E-5 , EDIFFG = -0.03 ,IOPT = 1 。因为反应物和生成物结构变化较大,dist.pl值为8点多,插了6个点,经计算已经收敛。
把能量最高,同时切向力(-0.001305)也最小的 image(04) 拿出来计算频率。表面有H2O 和SO2,这6个原子放开,其它固定,结果如下:

中间几个点是比较平缓的,是因为这个虚频才比较小吗,这样找出的过渡态是正确的吗?
