The authors have to perform the statistical analysis, particularly the experiment is performed in a k-fold scheme, For the statistical test, they have to use the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to compare the distribution between the real and the predicted data. And the Mann-Whitney test to compare if two samples belong to the same distribution, or in other words if the central tendency are different. However, the authors used ANOVA, details remain to be described. I mean, the authors are missing the analysis outcomes of one-way ANOVA, and analysis outcomes of two-way ANOVA."大致意思是：必须使用Kolmogorov-Smirnov测试来比较真实数据和预测数据之间的分布，使用Mann-Whitney测试比较两个样本是否属于同一分布。需要补充单向、双向方差分析的结果。


问题：如何按审稿人要求完成statistical analysis？       希望各位前辈帮我看一下怎么解决这个问题。

背景：研究的是燃烧体系。Lammps，ReaxFF，NVT系综。模拟完成后分析得到每一个时刻对应的各种物质的个数。为消除随机误差，模拟都重复两次，在origin中作图并生成误差带。
