有可能OS版本过高，编译用的好像是GCC 7，可装一低一些的GCC试一试。
对 Red Hat & SUSE 支持的较好，手册里根本没提对Ubuntu支持！

用
./configure CC=gcc-5 CXX=g++-5
生成的makefile了

前面编译都是用的g++-5，怎么后面又不是了呢

编一份原生GCC 5.4试试，e.g.,
./configure --prefix=/opt/gcc-5.4.0 --enable-checking=release --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran
再设好路径。

相同/相近协议的不同软件实现，基本功能和命令都是一样的。我的原来在torque下的脚本可以完美在pbspro下运行。
