求助：swiss-model建模，两端缺少残基如何补齐？

我在swiss-model同源建模，然后发现开始和最后各缺失100多残基。然而需要缺失残基的部分。如何通过其他方法补齐残基

开始和结束的部分不一定能构成有意义的二级结构，你看看PDB给的蛋白质结构，要是缺失的部分不影响整体结构就当没看见得了。

you can get it by homology modeling, you can get the same structure you get from the modeling as template and get a new structure, using modeller or swiss-model to model that parts and bind together
