gromacs npt出现问题

各位大神，我的体系为聚合物和小分子，在对体系进行npt 平衡时，盒子内部出现了空洞，请问如何解决

盒子内部出现空洞是什么意思？

盒子内部出现空洞，我认为大可能是你加水的时候水分子加的不够密集，导致水分子与水分子之间空隙太大，NPT开始的时候水分子会以彼此的作用力首先聚集。导致体系出现空洞。解决方法：1. 等足够长的时间让系统自己把空洞挤紧。2. 重新建模，在盒子中加入足够的水分子。
