谢谢你,我明白你的意思了。我直接用手动改写的.mol2文件作为parmchk2的输入文件,可用,生成了.frcmod文件,然后使用使用sleap生成amber参数文件及坐标文件,输入loadamberparams lig.frcmod显示Error: can not find file lig.frcmod in all the search path.然而我没有改变.frcmod文件的位置啊。附.frcmod文件如下:
