使用StoBe程序出现Parameter NAUXFN not large enough to store auxiliary basis

用的是StoBe程序， 模拟C76（CF3）14的x射线吸收光谱,出现以下错误
Atom F    : A-FLUORINE (4,3;4,3)
Atom F    : A-FLUORINE (4,3;4,3)
Atom F    : A-FLUORINE (4,3;4,3)                                FORTRAN STOP

Atom F    : A-FLUORINE (4,3;4,3)





WARNING! Parameter NAUXFN not large enough to store auxiliary basis

          Increase to at least         4390 in param.h

根据out文件停止在A-FLUORINE (4,3;4,3)
我在stobe2014mamual 找的所有F的Auxiliary basis A-FLUORINE (5,2;5,2) A-FLUORINE (4,4;4,4) 更换 ，依旧出错。也尝试换过Orbital basis sets和c的基组，均出错停止在A-FLUORINE。
