free energy landscape 用amber怎么作？

有这么一张图，是把不同的结构投影到free energy landscape上，但我不是很清楚这个图有没有什么便捷的绘制方法
通过教程里的cpptraj脚本
可以得到pca12-ca
analyzemodesflu.dat
analyzemodesdis.dat
evecs-ca.dat
covmat-ca.dat
找到文章si里相关部分
想问问有没有什么现成的脚本或方法实现这样的图的绘制？
总感觉我找错了方向
pca相关了解不多 还望请教各位

没有用过amber，但plumed程序可以统计绘制这种势能面的图。
Metadynamics等增强采样方法可以得到势能面的原始数据。

if you have interest of using this kind of simulation, professor Miao developed a tool for this, GLOW, http://miaolab.org/GLOW/

As far I understand it will run the simulation and will give you this kind of plot from your simulation using Gamd which is an improvement of aMD
