蛋白质羟基和金属离子形成配位键，蛋白质羟基是脱氢的还是不脱氢？

一个蛋白质分子中有镁离子和一个三磷酸根（GTP，guanine triphosphate）、残基SER、THR的羟基形成配位结构，但是现在在建模（charmm力场下生成pdb，psf等文件）时觉得有个问题，这时的残基的羟基需不需要脱氢，GTP中氨基需不需要质子化，末端磷酸的羟基需要脱氢吗？如果蛋白质残基的羟基要脱氢，一般怎么修改top文件？

You can check the pH and use something like prepare protein from playmolecule or PROPKA to check the protonation in the protein residues at the desire pH
