The group of Prof. Dr. Pavlo O.Dral is seeking an excellent postdoc for one of the topics:

1. Development and implementation of methods for materials simulations.

Requirements: the postdoc candidate should have a proventrack record in this field, with experience in implementing methods supportingperiodic boundary conditions.

2.Development and implementation of electronic structure methods.
Requirements: the postdoc candidate should have a proven trackrecord in developing ab initio or semi-empirical wavefunction-basedquantum mechanical methods.

Initial salary is 200–300 thousand RMB per year, commensuratewith the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Suitable candidates areexpected to stay in the group for 2–3 years, however, initial appointment isbased on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to performance and mutualagreement.
