最近使用ONIOM(cam-b3lyp td:uff) 计算单点能时,发现激发态的能量与High model不一致,想问下大家这个差异的原因是什么
输入文件# ONIOM(cam-b3lyp/def2svp em=gd3BJ td:uff)=EmbedCharge scrf=(correctedlr,smd,solvent=water) IOp(9/40=3) geom=check
输出文件中 部分 激发态能量: Total Energy, E(TD-HF/TD-DFT) = -1530.60423139
Corrected transition energy = 2.4078 eV
Total energy after correction = -1530.59824826 a.u.
ONIOM能量:ONIOM: gridpoint 1 method: low system: model energy: 0.107990735928
ONIOM: gridpoint 2 method: high system: model energy: -1529.553893655311
ONIOM: gridpoint 3 method: low system: real energy: 1.026465245984
ONIOM: extrapolated energy = -1528.635419145255
并且我在用Linear-Response计算单点能时(其他未改变,仅cLR→LR)所得 ONIOM: extrapolated energy = -1528.635419046439,与cLR的差异极小,是没有计算校正后的能量吗?
