#p irc=(calcfc,lqa,maxpoint=10) 6-31g(d) scrf=(smd,solvent=thf) B3LYP
比较简单的方法跑过IRC,可以完成对过渡态的考察,再通过初猜读取的办法,使用找过渡态同一级别的方法走IRC(在此之前尝试不读取初猜,直接走IRC结果也是不收敛SCF)

但是得到以下的报错结果,似乎是总极化电荷误差过大,请问应当如何解决
