How to determine whether FRET, DET or PET occur during PL quenching

Hi everyone,I
am studying mechanism of conjugated polymer quenching. Are there any methods to define whether FRET, PET or DET mechanism happen during quenching process? For PET, I use electron-hole analysis in Multiwfn to see if there is electron-hole separation between donor and acceptor. For FRET and DET, I have no clue how to study them.

I just read a paper about FRET, Ch.9-10 is helpful.
