mp_api误操作被IP封禁求助

各位老师好，我想用Materials Project做一下筛选工作，api调取用了一段时间都没有问题，但是最近修改了一下代码结果出了bug导致频繁请求，就被ban了，我两天前已经给管理员发了email，但是到现在还是没有动静，想问一下有没有老师对这个有经验，大概什么时候会解封呀😢
