关于gmx的pull代码

请问大家，谁做过umbrella或者constant-force
我对参考点（参考组）和弹簧点有点不理解，虽然我已经将仔细阅读过李老师的博文和sob老师的博文了，也pull成功了，但是我还是处于一知半解的状态。

这是我模仿教程的pull code写的。使用的拉方式为constant-force所以没有弹簧点，有A、B两个拉伸组，但是我限制了B的运动，所以只能拉伸A组。
请问以上代码没有定义参考组吧？
其实就像想问，拉伸方式是umbrella或constant-force怎么设置参考组和弹簧点。
