VASP5.4.4/内存报错+VASPKIT+CentOS7下装Materials Studio 8.0

对的 OUTCAR文件都是正常的而且我的构型是在Materials Project上下载的，还有我在虚拟机上用root装上mpi2015就可以正常计算，在集群上用非root装的mpi2015就不行

你的问题超出了我认知，是这样，我一直记得oneapi的优先级比较高，你那边的module有没有intel的，还是说只有oneapi的，如果只有oneapi，实在不行你考虑下openmpi把。。。

你好，我在使用超算但出现了内存溢出问题，在使用你的非root用户安装时出现如下问题，但是超算上我安装是严格按照sobereva老师的方法使用mpi2019编译的vasp544，不明白为啥还要我安装Intel compiler，而且compiler还分为C++、fortran等等，应该安装那个呢，谢谢您

你可以输入 which mpiexec 和which ifort 看返回值，如果都没有。那说明你没加载环境，看我帖子两行命令。
source /opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.5.281/linux/bin/compilervars.sh intel64
source /opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.5.281/linux/mkl/bin/mklvars.sh intel64
对应你的2019，里面的5.281什么的可能要改，说白了就是你必须先source 2019，但是不source 2019的mpi，然后再装mpi2015.

你好新手求助，请问安装完成之后，检查测试好像不成功，是什么原因呢

添加的环境变量： source /opt/intel/profile.d/mpi_intelmpi-5.0.2.044.sh intel64

输入的命令行以及提示： [root@localhost ~]# source ~/.bashrc
bash: /opt/intel/profile.d/mpi_intelmpi-5.0.2.044.sh: No such file or directory
Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2019 Update 1 for Linux*
Copyright (C) 2009-2018 Intel Corporation. All rights reserved.
[root@localhost ~]# which mpiexec
/opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.1.144/linux/mpi/intel64/bin/mpiexec

你装的2019.1.144，我是2019.5.281，你需要在bashrc里面更改对应的数字为你的1.144.然后再装2015.基本上就是这样。

感谢老师的回复，就是我bashrc里更改之后如下：
source /opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.1.144/linux/bin/compilervars.sh intel64
source /opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.1.144/linux/mkl/bin/mklvars.sh intel64
source /opt/intel/profile.d/mpi_intelmpi-5.0.2.044.sh intel64
然后进行source ~/.bashrc，显示为：
Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2019 Update 1 for Linux*
Copyright (C) 2009-2018 Intel Corporation. All rights reserved.
然后我进行which mpiexec 指令，仍然显示为：
/opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2019.1.144/linux/mpi/intel64/bin/mpiexec

请老师指教

你去这个source /opt/intel/profile.d/mpi_intelmpi-5.0.2.044.sh intel64文件夹下看看你的东西在不在。按理说，你bashrc搞完之后，如果2015的文件存在，重新source一下就可以了。

你确定你是root账户吧，不是root账户安装方法要看那章节非root安装的。

oneapi 2023在5.4.4上好像不存在内存溢出操作啊，如果你是单纯要编译5.4.4，直接参考知乎有个帖子，就是opeapi安装vasp，5.4.4和vasp6安装差不多。
